WHAT DATA I PROCESS

Browsing data. The service that hosts this site automatically records some technical data about visits (such as IP address, browser, date and time, pages requested). It is used only to run the site and protect it from abuse.

Data you send me. If you contact me by email or WhatsApp, I process the data you choose to share (name, contact details, information about your project) to reply and, if you wish, to prepare a consulting proposal.

The site has no data-collection forms and uses no profiling or advertising tools.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS

Replying to your requests and managing consulting engagements: pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Meeting tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). Keeping the site secure and working: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

WHO MAY RECEIVE IT

Your data is never sold or published. It may be processed by the providers of the services I use: the site's hosting service, Google (Gmail), WhatsApp/Meta (if you contact me on WhatsApp) and my accountant for tax purposes. Some of these providers are based in the United States: transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

HOW LONG

Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them, and no longer than 24 months if no engagement follows. Data related to an engagement is kept for 10 years, as required by Italian tax law. Browsing data is kept by the hosting service for a limited period.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to albertomassensini@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority in your country.

COOKIE POLICY

This site uses no profiling, analytics or third-party cookies, and no other tracking tools. That is why no consent banner is shown.

Fonts and images are served from the same server as the site. Links to Instagram and to the websites of the businesses listed lead to external pages with their own privacy and cookie policies.
